The Vinyl Alliance team were in attendance at Berlin’s premiere music industry convention Most Wanted: Music. And we weren’t the only ones.

Objects Manufacturing were also on hand, and were lucky enough to take home a prize at the conference’s award ceremony. During the Listen to Berlin awards, the manufacturer was awarded the Preis für Nachhaltiges Wirtschaften (best sustainable business).

Objects Manufacturing were also featured on the Most Wanted: Music satellite bus tour, where attendees got to peak behind the curtain, and see how the factory functions.

We were also there to see Kim Bayley from the the digital entertainment and retail association ERA, who was speaking about the growth of vinyl across the globe, alongside Rough Trade’s Lawrence Montgomery. Most Wanted: Music had great panels that addressed sustainability, artist management, AI, sync, with the overall theme for the convention focused on monetization. And of course, it wouldn’t have been a music conference without the inclusion of some great bands. At the closing live event, local acts Donata, King Josephine, and emmo (amongst others), played in the city’s legendary Kulturbrauerei venue.
